We are currently seeking a new Retail & Account Manager. Our current Retail & Account Manager, Daniel, has decided to go to graduate school to follow his dream of being a teacher. We are sad to see him go, but excited to be able to add a new team member to the YHC Crew. The job entails  handling client accounts, retail  sales, answering correspondence via email and telephone and ordering products amongst other things.  ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED WITH TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Must be outgoing and a team player.

Skills Required

-          Highly organized and Detail Oriented

-          Multi-tasker

-          Able to see a job through to completion

-          Excellent customer service skills

-          Able to prioritize tasks

-          Can work in a fast-paced environment

-          Takes direction (and constructive criticism) well

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-          Experienced in Mac and Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks

-          Strong work ethic

-          Problem Solving

-          Experience with social media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)

-          Accounts payable and accounts receivable / managing finances

Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
